We are a group of creative and seasoned consultants working at the intersection of business and mindfulness to optimize the quality of all working lives. We facilitate collaboration, corporate citizenship and mindful engagement at mid-sized organizations through consulting, online learning and mindfulness instruction.
Your company's values set the foundation of our work with you. Experience has taught us that values are a crucial starting point for any sustainable, meaningful endeavor, whether it is a new corporate volunteer and/or grant program, a corporate culture assessment, or a mindfulness integration plan.
Managing growth and change at small to mid-sized companies is our passion. We assess communications and culture and help you form an action plan to assure sustainable growth. We teach proven techniques your staff can incorporate to manage the stress of rapid change.
Today your stakeholders expect you to be a responsible citizen, from the environment to the community surrounding you to even your employees: 51% of all employees and 64% of millennials will not work for your organization if it has insufficient commitment to social and environmental impact. Do more now.
Employee engagement is at best 33% and even lower for millennials at 29%. Raise employee commitment and boost effectiveness with a corporate culture action plan. Reduce work-related stress (now one of the top five causes of death in the US) by integrating mindfulness into how you get things done.
We are passionate about providing clearheaded, calm advising to help companies do business with greater clarity and compassion. Our process with each client is guided by their unique values and needs. We conduct corporate citizenship assessments and plans, hybrid volunteer-grant programs, culture assessment and action plans, and mindfulness integration plans.
Organizations that listen to their stakeholders and pay attention to their impacts (both positive and negative) have a major edge over their peers. Learn the frameworks for corporate social responsibility or the Social Determinants of Health, or enhance the plan you have in place with our expertise in assessing community and employee engagement and environmental impact.
One natural next step in corporate citizenship assessment is the creation of a Corporate Social Responsibility-geared, employee-driven grantmaking and volunteer program. We have expertise in working with the unique structure of B2B companies, with their many employees and distributor clients across the nation or globe, to create a program with you that meets business goals of deepening customer relationships while involving employees in meaningful projects that deepen their engagement with you.
We know a strong corporate culture when we see it, and we know the way to facilitate your company’s growth towards its goals and values. Sole Clarity conducts on-site assessments of organizational communication and meeting style, decision-making processes, systems that support (or do not support) creativity and innovation and other key aspects of your business. We evaluate the data against our Effective Culture Framework and provide feedback in the form of an assessment and proposed Corporate Culture Plan of Action to bring your company together and accelerate it to the next level.
Weave mindfulness into your organizational DNA and watch your operations and culture transform into their most effective and productive to date. Mindfulness not only provides stress relief but also clears the way for more foresighted, strategic thinking. We work collaboratively with our clients to develop customized mindfulness courses and action plans based on each organization's challenges, values and strategic goals.
Individual executive coaching services are also available, delivered in-person and via Skype.
