We are creative and seasoned consultants working at the intersections of mindfulness, mental health and organizational management.
It is our mission to optimize the quality of all working lives. We do this through mindfulness instruction, wellness programs and organizational culture action planning.
We work with you to clarify your organization's wellness and culture goals - whether they are to promote teamwork, prevent (or address) burnout, or ease stress responses. These goals inform all of the mindfulness instruction and consulting services we provide.
We are based in Atlanta, GA and Providence, RI.
The world continues to be uncertain and nonprofits need to stay nimble while keeping their employees aboard, doing fulfilling work. This is a tall order! We support in this endeavor by assessing organizational and employee wellbeing, helping you form a Meditation or Wellness Action Plan. We teach proven techniques your staff can incorporate to manage the stress of rapid change.
Even before the pandemic and the wave of resignations we're currently experiencing, employee engagement was at best 33% and even lower for millennials at 29%. Raise employee commitment and boost effectiveness with a Culture Action Plan. Reduce work-related stress (now one of the top five causes of death in the US) by integrating mindfulness into how you get things done.
Research has demonstrated that mindfulness and meditation programs boost employee engagement and decrease absenteeism, by as much as 85%. Employees expect more than ever as the job market moves in their favor, so we invite you to do more now.
We are passionate about providing clearheaded, calm advising to help you achieve your mission with greater clarity and compassion. We provide mindfulness instruction, wellness action plans, and culture assessment and action plans.
Weave mindfulness into your organizational DNA and watch your operations and culture transform into their most effective and productive to date. Mindfulness and meditation not only provide stress relief but also clear the way for more foresighted, strategic thinking. We provide an 8-week Mindful Stress Management and Meditation series, and also work collaboratively with our clients to develop customized mindfulness courses and action plans based on each organization's challenges, values and strategic goals.
Meditation is just one tool for wellness. We are trained in emotional regulation instruction, mental health and body-mind movement practices (including but not limited to yoga) that bring additional resources to staff during stressful times, like right now. Wellness Action Plans include virtual live or recorded classes, the how-tos of emotional regulation and stress management, or one-on-one private mental health coaching.
We know a strong organizational culture when we see it, and we know the way to facilitate your nonprofit's alignment to its mission and strategy. Sole Clarity conducts on-site assessments of organizational communication and meeting style, decision-making processes, systems that support (or do not support) teamwork, creativity and other key aspects of your organization. We evaluate the data against our Effective Culture Framework and provide feedback in the form of an assessment and proposed Culture Plan of Action to bring your staff together and accelerate your organization to the next level.
Individual executive coaching services are also available, delivered in-person and via Zoom.
